TOYS FOR KIDS
Help make Christmas magical for local children Sun City West’s Primetime, Softball, Woodshop and Women’s clubs are joining forces with Stardust Theatre and RCSCW for this season’s Toys for Kids event.
Be part of this holiday season’s special event through the means listed below!
DONATIONS Make a child’s eyes light up with a donation of new, unwrapped toys suited for children ages 5 to 7. Great donation ideas include dolls, action figures, cars and fun playsets. Donations can be brought to Stardust Theatre. Call 623-544-6563 to schedule a drop off time. DON’T HAVE TIME TO SHOP? WE CAN HELP! Cash or check donations are also greatly appreciated. Our designated Santa Shoppers will use monetary donations to purchase age-appropriate toys for the children. Every donated dollar will help us put more special gifts into the hands of these deserving kids. VOLUNTEER Volunteers are needed on the morning of Dec. 14 to help walk with the children while they visit Santa and his workshop, sing some carols, select a gift and have cookies and juice before they head back to class. Whether you can give a little time of your time or spend the entire morning with us, it would be great to have you be part of this experience. Sometimes the greatest gift we can give is simply our time and attention. If you’re a member of a chartered club that might want to participate by making gifts for the kids or becoming part of the volunteer team, reach out to 623-544-6563 for volunteering details.
